I loved the location, it was very close to the beach and the boardwalk. I felt very safe letting my two teenage daughters walk down to the boardwalk. The owners made the usage of everything very easy, there was also beach towels and clean linens for everyone. They had bags to take down to the beach and boogie boards and chairs and an umbrella as well. If you forgot your shampoo or soap they had extras in the shower. Overall we had a great experience and I most definitely would recommend to my friends and family.
