This 2000 square feet home is neatly tucked in a quiet cul-de-sack in Deltona, minutes away from I-4 and thirty minutes to the nearest beaches. Want to take a walk? Cross the street, follow the trail beyond the parking lot, and there you are, Deltona's most popular park, Dewey O. Boster!!! I has a large playground for the family, a soccer and a football field. There is something for everyone! What are you waiting for, our home awaits!

It's a quiet neighborhood near Saxon Blvd with friendly neighbors. This property has the BEST view for Deltona's Fourth of July fireworks!! Occasionally, there may be some traffic off of Maximilian street from church members attending/leaving Mass. Best way to get around is by car or Uber.
