United States of AmericaThe staff was great but I ran into problems with a second reservation I made for my son and grandson as the reservation office lost that reservation and so there was no room availa le when my son arrived. It took a very long time trying to resolve the problem and it ended with our checking out after only one day. But the manager agreed to refund $179.00 of our funds already paid. Seems that Booking.com is always over booking and they have to turn people away alot!
