Good location and the staff was very friendly. This was our first time in New Braunfels, they gave us food recommendations for eating and things to do around town.

United States of AmericaWe arrived a little early and the manager did his best to get us a room ready. Rather than rushing he could us they needed to sanitize and needed a little more time. He let us leave our bags at the front desk and put our stuff inside our room so we could head to the lake. I thought that was great customer service!
