“My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at House San Vital. The community has security at the entrance, which we liked, and they would check your slip of paper and tag each time upon entering. The community has several pools and playgrounds. We took a walk around the neighborhood lake. Graciela, the owner, is very quick to respond to any questions. I will definitely stay here again in the future.”

“The House San Vital is a charming townhouse located at the access-controlled Venetian Bay Villages community in Kissimmee, FL. This unit is close to all the major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants. The unit is fully furnished and consists of four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a washer and dryer, flat-screen televisions in each room, including the living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. While we only used the master bedroom located downstairs, the King size bed was very comfortable. This community also has two swimming pools, a gym, a clubhouse, a car wash area, and a boardwalk on the central lake. It is like being at home away from home. The booking process was straightforward, and Graciella (the owner) was very helpful and professional during and after the rental process. Without any hesitation, I give a 10 out of 10 to this property.”

“The house size was ideal for our group of 9. There are two master bedrooms (one with a king bed & one with a queen) with attached bathrooms, plus two other bedrooms (2 twin beds each) and a 3rd full bathroom. The downstairs sofa also turns into a bed. It was nice to have a washer & dryer. (They are on the small size & you need to bring your own laundry detergent.) The kitchen was small, but fine for our needs. The linens & towels were all clean. There were plenty of towels for our group. We bought wash cloths (there were only 3 provided).”

“The place is perfect for us. It is clean, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. It is safe and the staff is very helpful. The TV didn’t work and when we called, she went and bought us a new TV the same day. We would definitely stay there again. Thank you.”
