All good, Amber at check in was very helpful, signed me up to their loyalty program thus reducing the cost of parking by half. I had read some very mixed reports about the hotel, but room was excellent and I had no issues. Location was good. Some reviews about homeless by hotel, but a common sight In Nashville, regardless of where you stay.

United KingdomThe location is perfect, close enough to Broadway that it’s only a short walk but just far enough that the hotel is peaceful. We had a mini suite and it was excellent having the extra space to relax and spread out our stuff. Bed and shower were both excellent. Breakfast was fresh and good choice, really likes that you could make a coffee to go to start your day. We had some trouble with our bags not arriving from the airline and all the staff we spoke to at the hotel were extremely helpful even though this was not on them.
