The breakfast was good and when items at the breakfast ran out they were quickly replaced. The front desk staff were especially helpful when I was locked out of my room one evening and Halsey on the front desk was always knowledgeable about the local amenities and a joy to chat to, they are a credit to the business and they alone would make me more likely to recommend Hyatt place to any of my friends visiting the phoenix area. The cleaning staff were also very helpful when I couldn't find a TV remote in my room and sourced me one within minutes!
