Location was great to walk to everything we wanted to do. Rooms and public spaces were clean, modern and comfortable.
United States of AmericaWe loved the location. The room was spacious and clean. There were plenty of electrical outlets throughout the room and bath areas. The valet parking was worth the fee. Our car was secure, and we didn't have to worry about feeding the parking meter. We spent two days wandering the Old Port on foot. The only food we had was in the bar. Poutine. Handcut French fries, cheese curds, and gravy. Very tasty. Friendly staff....

United States of AmericaThis was our second stay at the Hyatt. The staff was very courteous and professional, especially the parking valets. I was quite impressed with the patience and professionalism of the desk clerk in dealing with a very difficult guest. We like the layout of the hotel and the location in downtown Portland is excellent. The EV charger for our vehicle was a real plus and one of the key reasons we chose the Hyatt for our stay.
