There are several properties similarly located, but this Hyatt has incredibly helpful and friendly staff. They greet us like we are old friends. I drink coffee and they generously supply extra packs for in room caffeine. We love this place and recommend it to friends who are looking for a reasonably priced, pleasant, and convenient location.

Enjoyed the location a lot. My friend and I were basically going to San Antonio for shopping so we were definately well located.
