We arrived late around 10pm at airport, called the hotel and they sent the shuttle for us right away. The girl at the front desk was new and there seemed to be a problem with being assigned a room, but eventually we got our room which was large and comfortable. The staff were friendly and kind on arrival, allowing my children to have a piece of fruit in the fruit bowl from the breakfast area when we arrived at the hotel. Beds were very comfortable and room was quiet. Breakfast the next day was awesome with a huge variety! Cereal, fruit, toast, bagels, eggs, sausage, coffee/tea, juice; lots of options! This hotel offers free parking as well. Check out was easy with no added or hidden fees. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Front desk, airport shuttle and evening bar staff come to mind. The evening bar food was very good. The suite was large and well appointed. Well positioned for airport with regular shuttle bus.

We needed a comfortable place to stay before taking an early morning flight. The location was an easy drive to Sky Harbor. We enjoyed a drink at the small bar before retiring to our room. Breakfast was a bit above continental - with multiple choices - that filled us up.

The man who checked us in late at night, around midnight on Aug. 6th was really nice and helpful, despite it being so late; shoutout to him!
