Wonderful all round. George was a great host, the house was comfortable and in a great location. We didn’t want for anything. Will 100% stay here again when in NYC.

Although we arrived late due to malfunctioning trains, and woke the owner up from his sleep, he was incredibly polite and calm about it. If you are into that large heritage feel with beautiful moldings, this is the place for you. Located in a great neighbourhood, we even spotted a celebrity walking around.

    Yes you may cook in our two separate kitchens. The only restrictions are that we do not desire anyone to cook any type of pork and / or swine products..

My property is located in an ideal quiet, friendly and safe location. My 4 story brownstone was the family home I grew up in from birth since 1961. The house was built in 1931 and we maintained it's original architectural designs as much as possible.
