Great staff! Right at the bottom of the mountain making Snowshoe a quick and easy drive! Rooms are always nice and clean. A little more water pressure would be nice lol
United States of AmericaGreat location for traveling. Right next to the highway. There's a restaurant across the street. It's at the bottom of the hill from the resort, so it's 5 miles uphill to the Snowshoe resort. If you're looking for a decent room with an economy budget, this is a good choice. Fridge and microwave are in the rooms🙂

All was great from the late night check in at midnight after a 6 hr drive , to directions for food and store directions, We enjoyed our Cass train adventure. The staff was truely helpful and always pleasant and should be praised for their good work.

United States of AmericaFor whatever reason, I didn't expect the facilities or room to be that great. However, the hotel personnel, lobby, ancillary facilities, and room were all great. Room especially was nice. Seemed larger than normal for a room with 2 double beds. Also the mattresses were super comfortable. We were all very pleased and it definitely exceeded our expectations.
