The Lobby of this Ramada was very strange and closed off to the rooms. You had to access the room from a side door. This place was old, smelly, noisy, dirty, it also had a private night club on Friday & Saturday night that I would not even enter because of undesirable persons hanging around.

The rooms needed updating. One staff member didn't have any customer service etiquette. We requested a double bed at the last minute just to accommodate a member of the family. She stated that she would do this one time as a courteous and she shouldn't do it because we didn't book our room directly with them. I let her know that it shouldn't matter how your customer schedule their rooms you should treat them all the same since you are in the customer service business.

One of our best sellers in Yonkers! This Yonkers, New York hotel is just off Interstate 87 and features a seasonal outdoor pool. Yonkers Raceway and Empire City Casino is 3 miles away.

눉The place was filthy - my shoes were sticking to the floor. A smell of weed in our bedroom, the carpet has disgusting stains, the bed cover and curtain torn. The carpet in the room needs a good vacuum and a deep cleaning The bed sheet and cover were clean but the pillows were years old and cheap poor quality The corridor was also dirty, carpet filthy and walls / doors marked - the tiled area at the elevator was sticky and the elevator door covered in smudges where cleaners just wiped parts of it The overall rating doesn’t reflect the rating I would give

눉Parking was far from my room. I didn't get the top floor as I requested and the room I was given had a musty smell so I had to open the window to air it out for a while. Lastly, my car alarm went off in the middle of the night so I had to run out and check it out. I saw liquor bottles near the parking lot area and a recently discarded cigarette so I can only assume someone was hanging out there and messing around with cars, which kept me awake a little longer than I should've since I had an early meeting.

눉The carpet felt wet when it wasn't and can be shampooed the curtains dusted. Where the ice machine is, the carpet needs to be changed. Otherwise everything else was nice, I brought my own disinfecting products. Lysol l
