AustraliaThe stay is overall amazing. There're a lot to love about the stay. Below are some of them. I got a complementary upgrade, and the view from my room is superb. The bathing supplies (e.g., shampoo) are excellent and smell really good. There's a very natural and good smell in the room as well. This is the first hotel that I've been to that has a proper swimming pool where I can do laps (there are 2 lanes). This is a huge plus for me. The TV is placed at the right angle to be viewed from the bed. The bed is comfortable. The housekeeping is really professional and helpful. They come always at the right time.

PolandWhen we entered the room, we saw that it was dirty. I went to the reception and reported the situation. They immediately apologized and upgraded both of our rooms. Their behavior was very good. We only used the rooms in the hotel, everything was clean and tidy. Location was perfect for Downtown San Francisco. We visited many places on foot.
TurkeyThe staff were very friendly and made check-in a pleasant experience. The room was clean and quiet for our stay and the beds were really comfortable. We were able to store our luggage and go sightseeing the next day after we checked out and when we came back for our luggage, one of the staff kindly called a taxi for us to get to the ferry building.
