False advertisement the quad rooms are actually double beds.

False advertisement the quad rooms are actually double beds. I had to purchase air mattresses for my staff. They said the double beds are quiet rooms and no breakfast no clean towels no clean room daily no coffee throughout the day no coffee in the morning you have to access staff in the Brother of the company was very very rude and when I asked for coffee, he told me that he was too late to be axing for coffee. I was a Paul after spending money on two hotels days Two separate rooms that were supposed to be quiet rooms only to find out they were double beds. Do not pay the send your staff here.

First off I’ve stayed at this location on several occasions, and never have I ever had an experience like this one. I booked a king room, but was given a double room that looked as if it were old bloody finger/hand prints on the front and back of the bathroom door along with the light fixture on the back of the toilet. I went to the front desk showed the young lady the pictures also showed her my reservation about the king room I booked and was told they didn’t have any available so I had accepted that fact and was given another room, but that was horrible too the room was hot as heck with the thermostat reading 60 degrees, but it had to be like 75 degrees in the room also the remote for the television didn’t work. I didn’t bother to go back to the front dest to be switched to yet another bad room so I just decided to leave and stay elsewhere. The housekeeping supervisor(s) needs to really look over their ladies work before turning a room over that’s not up to par as far as cleanliness as well as with maintenance issues, with that being said maintenance needs to double check their work as well before putting a room in as completed. This is unacceptable not only for regular guests, but it’s worse coming from a former housekeeper now housekeeping supervisor. Just do better!!

The receptionist with the bob was friendly and funny.

The receptionist with the bob was friendly and funny. The kids on my floor was loud but I know ppl are displaced due the water crisis in Jackson. I would definitely stay there again. It was clean and well kept. :)

Nice city but good bad. People rude .

Nice city but good bad. People rude . I hop only eating place good taste and had food ,ople and smiles. Bk very dirty, very rude, order mixed up several times, then told no meat there. Workers talking instead of working. McDonald's poor service also, chicken sandwich had meat and 2 pickles, asked for mayo store had none, nuggets so hard couldn't bite fries soggy, slow to get order30 mins Wendy s very good, talking to us even tho drive through,10 pm but took time to get order correct, then little time to get order. Told shakes were 1/2 price she didn't have to do that .she cared.thank you The hotel had no workers to find. Towels ran out so none for last day. Checking out was @30 min wait, we needed a receipt but no workers and doors locked We said no rum service just towels all week ,to help with work load but the towels was a problem. I thing cost of rooms be less if no service available. Hard to enjoy if showers are done in a bathroom having a leak keeping floor wet then no towels to dry ,after Linda fun days hard to sleep sweaty and dirty but no towels to dry off. Floor was dirty, walking barefoot you had black feet , nothing on floors to prevent .

Gretna represents life living, people working surviving and loving life, is it perfect, tell me what place is, me and my wife enjoyed Gretna, every place we needed to go to, was within 6 miles, definitely will return in the near future! The food was great, the sites awesome, the people friendly! I am familiar with New Orleans and the Gretna area because I was stationed here years ago as a Marine! So the Gretna and New Orleans area will always be home away from home!

The hotel was horribld Nothing , when i got there they give yhe wrong room we went to the room and it was occupied, i was very embarrassed, i was traing to open the door , and than when i called to report the lady said really is busy send some one to get a diferent key and it was 2 in the morning i have my kids my baby in my hands and the room was to far away , ill ask her to sen someone else ,she said dint have any one else , she finally send the security lady with new key , the new room was smelling so bad and the bathrom was dirty the blankets were dirty , we left earley in the morning ill call to ask what time the breakfast end ? And she said its over 😔in a very rude way , it was 930 am i went dawn to check out one of the lady ask me in i was ok , and urn around the other one dint even look at me , so i dint want yo mention anything that happen , i said i will call the corporation office , im glad that i get this survey , we're previusly stay at this hotel not in norleans but i diferen city and never see any issues , they dint even bother to ask if i get the crib that i requested , obviously , because they dint even see what the customer previously request so why to ask? Soon as I walked in the hotel I was pleasantly amazed. It is the month of December, the first thing I noticed was how well decorated it was. I can admit, the outside of this hotel will have you fooled upon walking inside. The front desk rep Dawn was very professional. The room was amazing! Super spacious, great view of city, clean, and comfy bed for sleeping! Bathroom was beautiful as well and looks newly renovated. I cannot wait to book with this hotel again. 😊

We were arriving late in the evening and had to call the hotel for accommodations. The ladies we spoke to were very polite and helpful in making sure we still had a room.

the facility on the outside was fine, but the complex itself was not maintained very well as I would expect a LaQuinta Inn to be.
