Kapolei traffic was very easy to drive in.
Kapolei traffic was very easy to drive in. There was a lot to do anywhere from 5-45 minutes away. I really enjoyed the Buddhist Temple about 45 minutes from my hotel. $5 to get in and the experience was peaceful, with beautiful scenery. The staff were friendly. I'd also recommend the Lagoons. I only was able to visit Lagoon 1, but it was beautiful and although I went alone, there were children enjoying the water. I would have loved to go to any of the waterfall hikes if I could, but my length of stay, paired with a day of jet-lag made it impossible. I stayed for 9 days and I probably would've been fine to stay a month at minimum due the the serene feeling of the island.

I like the smell of the sheets tho the floor ( carpet) needs to be shampood. I stayed many times in many different rooms and I think they should get shampood at least every 5 months...you don't want covid being tracked on your floors? Think about it? People travel and people spit on the ground and probably step on this mutated form of a disease it has mutated you'll can never know? Oh and is there a way on your part to have ur system upon check in to except Mastercard debit that has money on it? Or if you can take cash deposit until the Mastercard clears? Money is on it it was paid for with cash... It would be helpful for people who don't have creditcards.

Never been to this side of the island.
Never been to this side of the island. It was definitely quiet and never felt crowded. I like having the beach almost to myself. I didn't go into town so I can only comment on our stay in the villa.

We loved our trip to Kapolei while playing in a soccer tournament. The location was great getting around to all of our site seeing activities and to the soccer complex. Close to the interstate for ease of getting around. Plenty of shopping around which made it easy to get groceries needed - best thing was having Costco close by and was more economical than going to Safeway.

This is a very new & up coming part of Oahu!
This is a very new & up coming part of Oahu! Close to beaches & hwy system but not downtown Honolulu! Lots of new housing & shopping plus a lot of other things to do & easy highway access to get any part of the island!
Very nice living room and extension to outdoor patio/grass area. Comfortable bedrooms/beds and nice large bathrooms. Property was very well maintained. Very clean and private. Lagoon was least crowded of the 4 which we loved. Walking path along beach was beautiful and allowed us to easily visit neighboring resorts, Paradise Cove luau, and Ko Olina commercial area on foot. Noise before 8am from other guests was an issue 1st 2 mornings. Front desk took care of it immediately upon reporting. Thank you!
The hotel has 3 to 4 food trucks every day from 4pm-8pm outside the main lobby, excellent home cooked local food. The staff holds events every evening as well, Monday was trivia night, Tuesdays and Thursdays is painting with a twist, Wednesday night is movie night in the pool. Everything about your stay here is great especially if your looking for family friendly evening events to help wind down after a busy day.
This location was great for the luau we had reservations for. If you have time for shopping it is located at a shopping mall and there are several restaurants to walk to. The set up for serving breakfast during covid is very efficient. We had a comfortable stay. There was no microwave in our room but we used the one in the breakfast area. Everything was very clean and smelled good.
Our 6 nights in the Hilton Oahu Kapolei were just awesome!
The front desk staff were professional, friendly and very helpful. Thanks!
The room was spacious, clean and nice to return to after touring around the island.
Breakfast was good and tasty . We also enjoyed our dinners there.
Thanks to the housekeeping staff too.
And thanks for upgrading our room when we arrived!!
The hotel was very clean and nicely furnished. My husband appreciated the night light in the bathroom!! It's the little things...
The location was perfect for a quiet getaway for a couple of locals. The attached open air mall was gave us lots of choices for shopping and dining.
The breakfast and staff were wonderful. They even have an omelette station where the chef prepares it according to you wishes. They even have hot oatmeal. The staff is sweet, helpful and respectful. This is the best breakfast, included at a hotel that we have ever experienced.
Amazing staff, positive attitudes, went above and beyond to make us feel special during our stay. Loved the room bracelets, view from our balcony, extraordinary hospitality. You could tell the team working at this resort are content and happy with their jobs.
Worst breakfast selection and quality at any residence Inn ever, many soulless employees (nobody cared whether guests like their experience) and terrible price-performance ratio including a ridiculous 30 dollar parking fee. I don't recommend this hotel.
Quiet area away from Honolulu. Beautiful resort with private beaches. Restaurants on site are nice and plenty others across the street. Easy access to island and airport.
