“Our room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated; with the view of the lake and pools (and the various parks' fireworks) being particularly impressive. Room service was prompt and delicious. All staff we encountered, shuttle bus drivers certainly included, were excellent; all anyone could ask from the service industry, in my opinion.”“0” 查看更多

“Check in clerk (Tomas) was very pleasant and efficient. Room was clean and very well maintained. View was spectacular. We sat on the balcony and watched Disney's fireworks display. Pillow top bed was super comfortable. Food was good and service was excellent although a little pricey for us. Nevertheless, we splurged and ate every delicious bite of it. (In reality, prices were not much more than what dining in Disney costs.) We used the shuttle service to the park (Epcot) but next time will probably just drive our car so that we don't have to abide by shuttle service schedule. You do have to pay a resort fee plus parking fees. We really enjoyed our Christmas stay at the Wyndham Grand Orlando, Bonnet Creek, and hope to do it again. Didn't want to leave. All staff (especially Rick) that we encountered was very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.”“0” 查看更多

“On entering the property the outside porch was a turn off, it need a bit of work going as it’s the first part of the hotel that u see, however on entering the foyer/ lobby area it was beautiful The hall way was lovely ”“0” 查看更多
