Inside, the open floor plan is flooded with natural light and boasts wooden accents and quaint decor throughout. Make yourself at home and kick your feet up in the sunny living room, furnished with comfy furniture strategically located near a large smart TV with streaming services to keep you entertained during your stay. If you are in a competitive mood, break out any of the provided board games for a fun evening. The open chef's kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the utensils needed to prepare culinary masterpieces for the crew. This level also offers a private bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a smart TV, and access to the deck. The lower level boasts a bright and airy family room with another smart TV accompanied by an extensive and comfy sectional. From here, you can easily access a lakefront deck with many seating options. Two additional bedrooms can be found along with a designated laundry room/bathroom. This lakefront location allows you to be close to great local attractions, including Circling Raven Golf Club, Nic Boswell Hall / Schuler Performing Arts Center, Mowry State Park, downtown Coeur d'Alene, Museum of North Idaho, McEuen Park, and Tubbs Hill. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
