Staff were all very friendly and helpful with everything! The hotels location is great, short walk from many stores and restaurants. Valet parking was a little annoying as car needs to be left on the street instead of pulling into the hotel. Service, room and everything was exceptional. The interior of the hotel has a wonderful design!

I was looking for a relaxing place to spend my Thanksgiving holidays and Lennox offered what I was looking for. Room and hallways smelled great, room amenities were all environmentally-friendly and the staff (specifically Juan and Cesar) were always courteous, welcoming and helpful.

FranceI chose this hotel for my 40th birthday trip. The hotel was spectacular. It’s fairly new and the ambiance is great. It’s close to main attractions like Lincoln Rd Mall and Ocean Dr. The staff were amazing (Ziad, Michelle, Reynaldo, Jesse, and Kim) and were very accommodating to our needs. They even surprised me with a birthday cake! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
