Mint House Nashville – The Gulch – Division St is within Nashville's newest residential high-rise, located centrally in The Gulch neighborhood. The property features a rooftop pool and hot tub, world class fitness center and studio, and co-working desks in the lobby. Onsite garage parking is offered but not needed, as we're walkable to some of Nashville's best bars, restaurants, and cafes. Please note that while all our units are equipped with double-paned windows, some of them might be susceptible to noise from the highway or nearby construction activities.

The Gulch is where high-end fashion boutiques and trendsetting restaurants line the streets. Visit some of our favorites, Hattie B’s Hot Chicken or The Patterson House for a great cocktail. Past The Gulch head over to The District area where there’s no shortage of events or live music.
