Efficient shuttle to airport, thoughtful checkin who made sure I got a room where I could enjoy the sun and view the pool from the balcony.

Interesting location between two of the busiest runways in the world - seeing without hearing many cool planes from room. Nice beds and total room experience. Always curious about this tall/thin hotel from the air during past landings at LAX over the years. Pool and hot tub available in winter!
