It’s an Airbnb kind of listing. No interaction with owner at all, which is nice. Very clean and spacious

The PIN number to get inside the property u get close to the checking time by 2pm ... if u want a early check in call them in advance ... there is no reception desk .

Rooms are the size of hotel rooms, the beds were big and fairly comfortable, nothing seemed broken or out of order, neighborhood was decent, very affordable and pretty comfortable to stay at, internet connection was fast, very good alternative to a hotel.

I hesitated to book this place as there was a lot of negative revus. Well it is fine. Very well situated for Downtown, the neigbourhood is not seedy, it's just average, with mainly family homes. Yes Koreatown, which is nearby is a bit run down, but all the people we met, shopholders, retaurants, garages, were very friendly and we didn't feel any insecurity. We had the room with private bathroom and it was big enough for us and our two large adolecent boys. Parking round the back. Very nice cleaning girl, who advised us where to shop.
