The room was beautiful and extremely comfortable, and the hotel was lovely, unique, and conveniently located. The restaurant at the hotel was delicious, too. The soaking tub with jets was incredible after traveling and having the lovely furnishings, small sun window, and fireplace next to it was perfect. The bed was comfortable and spacious, and the shower was very large with great water pressure, too. Everything in the room created a deeply relaxing atmosphere. It was quiet while I was there. The heater/ ac unit in the room is very fast working, so you can achieve your perfect room temp in a matter of minutes!

We loved our stay at Los Arboles, the staff were all lovely, the location was great, the room and pool were perfect and the food from the restaurant was amazing - if we ever have the chance to come back to Palm Springs will stay at Los Arboles! P.s we staid here during Coachella and we thought it was a good location for it, it's a 20min walk to the nearest shuttle station (official festival shuttles) but considering everything we didn't find this a problem, as really enjoyed the tranquility of the hotel after and before the festival each day.

Beautiful room with a comfortable bed. Very nice spacious bathroom, great shower. The pool was not usable, I think the storm brought a lot of leaves and debris. But it was too cold anyway and I am sure, in better weather it is just lovely to hang out in the pool area. We received water and unalcoholic drinks upon our arrival, nice touch.

I loved the location. Very close to Downtown Palm Springs, restaurants, coffee shops, Airway tram, freeway, and casinos. Room was very nice and clean. Staff was wonderful!

    Your room may either have a walk-in shower or a tub, but not a jacuzzi. We do have a Jacuzzi out side next to our pool for all our guest to enjoy.
