The property is small containing only 10 indepentantly owned condominiums with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Its more comfortable than a hotel since you will feel at home sitting in a leather couch in front of a 51" LED television. Pool and Parking are just steps away. Its great for families who want to have a sit down dinner without the expense of having to go out to a restaurant or if they just like something more private. Its also great for couples because few people use the pool so its like having your own pool.
I love travelling ever since I was a kid. I enjoy jet skiing at the island, going to schlitterbahn, Wanna Wanna Beach bar with their great live music and hanging out at the beach.
The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. Just one half block from the beach. Small businesses like a convenience store, coffee shop and restaurants are walking distance away. Schlitterbahn is only 5 minutes by car. Wanna Wanna Beach Bar which is kid friendly is just 5 minutes walking.
