The layout of this unit is excellent, as the living and sleeping sections are well separated. We have all new cupboards, stainless steel appliances, new sparkly white quartz countertops and a cute little dining area. We also have a desk for those who may need to work while here. There is also a larger common area patio with a table, chairs, and night lighting. We are conveniently within a mile from Banner - University Medical Center in Phoenix and three miles from St. Joseph Hospital. This is a great location for work for anyone coming from out of state. IMPORTANT Use the big fridge and not the mini fridge Check-out time is STRICTLY at 11 am. Any late check-out is subjected to a late check-out fee of 100USD

My team strives to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We want to make it a home away from home. My wonderful assistant looks after the bookings and will do the best they can to ensure that you have a great stay. Various pests, including cockroaches, call our area home. At times, they too like to share a short vacation in our guesthouse, especially during the hottest times of the year. Because of this, we have regular professional pest control performed on our entire property. Our goal is that you have a great stay with us. We realize that bugs may invade your space during your stay. Given our regular pest control treatment of this property and the natural local presence of pests, we cannot fully prevent their entry into the guesthouse and thus we do not offer refunds for this reason. If this is a make or break situation for you please do not book. My assistant and I do our best to always available should you need to reach us via phone, text or email. We are located in an up and coming area, on the edge of one of the funkiest and coolest areas of Phoenix called Roosevelt Row. Roosevelt Row was named a 2015 Great Place in America by the American Planning Association. You can walk to so many different attractions. This area is still a little bit gritty and a lot artsy with many smaller businesses run by urban hipsters and long standing non-corporate mom and pop operations. If you are looking for something suburban and uniform this location may not suit you. If you are looking for character we have lots of it! Some things you will find near by: art galleries, grass root coffee shops that have side walk gardens with organic veggies growing and bees out back, antique stores, movie theaters, cool restaurants.
