Fantastic location, South Boston, First-floor two-bedroom and one bath condo with garden level backyard. Next to the Broadway Station (subway, accessible to North End, South Station), famous Newbury Street, Seaport, and Hospitals. Lots of light. Great place for a staycation, business groups, and conference attendees. Access to a beautiful Private backyard, BBQ, and outdoor fireplace. Walking distance to Bars, Restaurants, Retail stores, grocery& pharmacies, and the beach is 10 blocks away.

Neighborhood info

The neighborhood is very safe and walk-friendly. PLenty of dining and bars around the area. Broadway is only a 5 min walk and they have metered parking with train access near by
