Location was great! Next to Times Square and Bryant Park! Jose’s pizza around the corner! Hotel was quaint, clean and beds were super comfortable! King size - which is a plus for family of 4! The staff were exceptional! They went out of their way to meet your needs! Akeem the doorman was a gem! So positive and just put a smile on your face with every encounter!

We were on the 24th floor facing an inner courtyard and it was very quiet at night. The location was convenient to lots of sightseeing and multiple subway lines. A little pricey, but worth every penny! Would definitely stay again.
United States of AmericaDo yourself a favour and book this hotel. From the minute you arrive you are welcomed by amazing staff and taken care of like royalty the rest of your stay. Free drink and happy hour from 16:00 to 18:30. Plus, they have a robot! We’ll be back for sure!!
CanadaThe staff was very accommodating and friendly. They go above beyond with thier services. The location was near to almost tourist spot. Very clean facility. Would recommend choosing the skyline view with the room. Very mesmirizing.
