We manage most of the private residences located in the top hotels in Miami Beach. To provide you with a sense of security and peace of mind, LRMB has been registered on Sunbiz since 2008 and accredited with the BBB since 2010. The Owner and Broker, Kristine Hall of LRMB is licensed and registered with the DPBR since 2008. We are experienced vacation rental specialist.

This is a private residence located within the well-known, 5-star 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach. This hotel’s focal point is the use of natural elements thus you can find a variety of organic products throughout. Residence Description: – Separate 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, washer & dryer, and balcony. – A full-size sleeper sofa perfect for 1 adult or 2 children. – Spacious 893 ft² (83 m²) of living space. – Ocean & Pool view with Southern exposure. – Bathrooms are fully stocked with premium amenities for your personal needs–to start you off (just like a hotel would). – Entertainment amenities include TVs, cable television, and free high-speed wireless Internet. Guest Services: Our private concierge will be on-premises to assist our guests with arrivals and departures. They are at your disposal to fulfill a multitude of requests, including a private chef, maid service, groceries, yacht charters, private tours, tickets to events, dining reservations, or any other special request you may have.
