Spacious open floor living plan both upstairs and downstairs. Comfortably fits 15 people. Large quiet lot that's only 5 minutes from town. Come relax see Denali and the northern lights from the front porch or front living room! Do year round christmas and go see Santa at the north pole! Go see the Castner Glacier and Ice Cave. Snowshoe right from the house above farmers loop. Take a warm dip at Chena Hot Springs. Tour the ice sculpture parks in town! House is central, spacious, cozy and quiet!
I'm constantly available at any time through the day or night and weekends and will respond in 5 minutes or less!
Spread apart neighborhood with acre plus lots full of wooded trees and rolling hills. We have two very large driveways and a two car garage that can easily fit 10 vehicles. House is just off the main road and does not require 4wd to access. The driveways are flat and not steep at all and the road leading to the house is wide and not treacherous in any way.
