Important Property Notes • 4WD/AWD Recommended. During winter months or inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is recommended. We recommend one with sufficient clearance (i.e SUV, Truck, or raised Sedan). • Noise Ordinance Exterior quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. to ensure a peaceful mountain environment. • A/C on the Upper Level Only While the Upper Level of Magic on the Hill has central air, the main and lower levels do not. The home is usually kept very pleasant by the elevation, shade, and breeze. Please note we require an e-signed Vacation Rental Agreement from guests to finalize any reservation. Thank you for your understanding.
