GermanyEVERYTHING, from the start the doormen were amazing oping doors, elevators, helping with bags and taxis. the lobby , the concierge, the restaurant manager and waiter John “he was AMAZING” treated us like celebrities. the room view was exactly like the picture the bed is spacious and comfortable. the bathroom is big and clean with hot shower and great soap collection and bath salt for the tub. the bathrobe was very comfortable that I purchased one as a gift. everyday they brought something for the room as complimentary ( dates , fruits, coffee machine (nespresso with capsules and different types of tea with honey) as well as daily chocolates. I also loved the location it is in the middle of midtown as well as it is connected to a mall nearby (colombus circle mall). our stay was magnificent and I’m definitely coming back for it.
