Staff were all really friendly and good fun/conversation. The room was great, spacious and clean. Bathroom was big with a huge shower. Balcony had a nice view of the hills behind. Location is excellent for Gatlinburg and the Smokies. Clean. Bed was SO comfortae. I stay in a lot of hotels and this was some of the best sleep I've had in a long time.

    We don't have many guest restrictions except to follow physical distancing. The pool both inside & out are open. Our kitchen and bar are open too.
