Do you offer shuttle transfers to/from Depot?
For our 2019 season, we had transfers from the rail to the resort at 12:00 PM and from resort to the rail at 11:00 AM for the Anchorage train. We had transfers from the rail to the resort at 4:00 PM and from the resort to the rail at 3:00 AM for the Fairbanks train. If this transfers are missed, we also have a park shuttle that stops at the Visitor Center across the street from the rail depot every 30 minutes from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM as well. The exact times may change for the 2020 season so we encourage calling the resort a few days prior to your arrival for the most accurate information.Answered on 30 January 2020Are all rooms on the first floor? Hello! We have 27 buildings that have two stories and 2 buildings with three stories. Only one of the buildings has an elevator and the rest have stairs. If you would like to request a first floor room, please make sure to include that request in your booking or calling the resort directly a few days before your arrival.
