Mint House exceeds WHO and CDC guidelines for keeping suites clean and sanitized. Our high-tech, light-touch model naturally allows for less interactions and more focus on cleaning. Only Mint House is able to offer the following features of our light-touch model: - Safe Housekeeping. Housekeeping staff are employed by Mint House, meaning we maintain full control over standards of cleanliness and performance. Housekeeping during a guest’s stay is only by request, meaning no one but guests enter their suite during the entire stay. - Keyless Entry. Checking in from your phone allows guests to skip lines and avoid interaction with staff and other guests. Building entry is low-touch with few doors between guests and their suites. All high-touch areas like door handles and elevator buttons are sanitized on a regular basis to ensure the safety of everyone on the property. - Minimal Interaction. With fully-equipped kitchens, guests can cook their own meals inside the suite or order-in and have private meal right from the dining room. Common amenities like water, coffee, and tea are all included inside of the suite, rather than in a common lobby area.
