Just 200 yards from the beach and pier, this 400-square-foot vacation rental in San Clemente is perfect for two! Escape to Southern California and walk to the beach daily from this pier bowl condo. This Monterrey D condo includes a full kitchen and cable TV for your comfort and convenience. Outside the sliding doors, a small ocean-view sitting area is provided. The area surrounding the pier has a small market, a few family-owned restaurants, a coffee shop, a frozen yogurt shop, and the famous Fisherman's Restaurant on the pier. The quaint downtown area of San Clemente, Del Mar, is only a few walking blocks away. THINGS TO KNOW The 400-square-foot studio is located beneath the main house.
