Phenomenal location. Well-designed and comfortable rooms. Amazing value for what you get. Special shout-out to Alisa and Sharon for the warmest welcome.

There was a minor issue which the staff went out of the way to address and make our stay as nice as possible. We liked the design of the hotel, location, parking 1 block away and the employees are very friendly as well as helpful.

Just on how clean & the location is, it can be so convenient so that you can go shopping not only for your "wants" but for your "needs" too. It seemed pretty good overall including the neighborhood I got to meet some friendly people.

Super clean and friendly staff, and I liked the location most.

Cleanliness is very important to me and it didn't disappoint me. I like that beddings are ironed out. The staffs are very accommodating.

The staff. They are so friendly and accommodating. I forgot to ask for the names of the ladies in the front desk so I could have acknowledged each one of them here. The hotel location was awesome. Very near the metro, accessibility to places was super.

It is really well located, less than 20 min away from the National Mall. The staff was very nice and kind! And the room was clean and as perfect as described on the website. If I go back to DC I'll probably book again with them!
