Great coffee and food. The wait staff was great. A bit slow but very friendly.

United States of AmericaThe staff was very welcoming and attentive. They brought us up our complimentary Bellinis following a late check-in and anything we needed. They also helped us celebrate my husband’s birthday by bringing him a delicious dessert in the lobby restaurant where we enjoyed crepes in the morning. Even made him a Bloody Mary off the menu per his request that he thoroughly enjoyed. The decor was outstanding and clean, reminiscent of being on a fancy yacht with all of the nautical blue details. Would definitely stay again, and felt safe during COVID that is very important. Their Italian roots are very evident and felt the most like being in Italy, while having a safe staycation in Miami.
