Despite pre-assigned rental, accommodated request to place in a location nearer another family member who was also staying at the location.

The drinks that the bartenders made at the bar were nasty. Every activity other then the pool was extra. They had a tie dying booth, but wasn't paying 17$ per shirt. The bed in the master was extremely hard, as if we were laying on concrete. The dishes were washed in the dishwasher, but once we took them out we saw that they all were still very dirty. They should have been prewashed, then put in the dishwasher. About 90% of the music that was played at the pool was Spanish music. Even though that wasn't the majority of the crowd. I think it should have been a better mixture of music.

I enjoyed the different activities for the kids and adults. I liked that it was extremely close to EVERYTHING. Overall the townhouse was nice and we enjoyed ourselfs.

This resort markets that it is family and kid-driven. So, we took our 7yr old grandson. But.. Like any resort, they are $$$ geared lol. The daily activities for the kids never stated, that there was also an added fee for each activity. I saw groups of kids excited to tye-dye T-shirts, only to walk away sad when told there would be a $20.fee to take part. Snow cones & cotton candy all set up by the pool lead to more say little faces. We watched staff, correct kids, for being kids in the pool. When asked why we were told that the resort has a state monitor that drops by for visits and they have gotten in trouble for kids being kids? There were bugs in the units, not sure what they were..hoping we haven't brought and home lol. Buyers be aware, that there are other places you should check before booking.

We had to wait 4 hours for the room to be ready. I don't know what they were doing for 4 hours, but they were not cleaning the room. The top of the fridge was dirty and covered with trash. The garbage disposal was not working and the kitchen sink would not drain. The entire kitchen floor was flooded. There were dead flies in the bathtub, and toothpaste on the countertop. There was feces on the bathroom light switch. I don't believe the bedsheets had been changed. There were wrinkles like where someone laid on the bed, and there were crumbs or some kind of debris on the bed. The downstairs toilet would not flush correctly and they never would fix it. Ceiling fan in the master bedroom was broken. It was stuck on high speed. We were not able to use the pool facilities because of the extreme overcrowding. Booking .com rated this 3 stars. I assumed it was 3 out of 5, but it had to be 3 out of 100.

Front desk personnel were friendly. The bartender, Harriet was amazing. She was very over-worked, doing the job of 2 or 3 people, yet she was very friendly and not grumpy like I would be working under those conditions.

Perfect location, literally minutes away from a grocery stores on back roads, minutes from Disney. Quiet, great amenities, staff very professional, following covid rules, all facilities had signage and hand sanitizer avail. The door had a sticker showing it was sanitized. I saw across the way when a guest checked out the house keeping cleaned very throughly, our dishes were all sanitized amd in the dish washer ready to use. The pool and lazy river and slides are a big hit with kids. This is our third time coming here and we are never disappointed
