I worked with the Concierge of Muse name Barbara she's awesome. I truly love her details how she presents my cake and balloons for my partner. Seeing a man so appreciative made me so happy. From the greeters at the entrance to conceiger Barbara was AMAZING! I felt welcome each and every time. I stayed May 4-8, and each day was great! Housekeeping was amazing, I love love love.a clean hotel, and it was like I cleaned the room myself. I WILL DEFINITELY BE RETURNING TO NYC AND MUSE NY IS MY STAY! Wait!!! OMG the showers it was like a waterfall you know you living good when that shower on 💋
United States of AmericaWe have visited New York for years and have never had a hotel with such a marvelous location…just 1 block to the Times Square/Theatre area…1 1/2 blocks to the Diamond/Gold District…and walking distance to so many NYC attractions. Within 1/2 block of The Muse there are Mexican, Cuban, Asian and, our favorite, “Prime Catch” that has great Steaks and Italian food, plus Bar Specials all day. Will return here again and again! Forgot to say that the staff was unbelievably helpful.
