We are offering a newly-renovated apartment for short-term rental (except in December, January, and May-August we will do longer-term rentals). The 1100 total square foot apartment is fully furnished with two bedrooms and one bathroom. Bedroom One has a queen bed, and Bedroom 2 (the bunk room) has a queen and three twin beds. There are also two spacious living areas, a kitchenette with washer/dryer, two Roku TV's, good cell phone service, fast internet and shared access to a hot tub. It also has on street parking and a separate private entrance. The apartment is a minimum two-night stay and is NOT AVAILABLE FOR VIRGINIA TECH FOOTBALL WEEKENDS, OR FOR GRADUATION.
We love hosting and telling our folks all about Blacksburg and the New River Valley -- if they are interested in the amazing restaurants, hikes, and rivers we have here.
