    Loved the fact i had private parking for my truck. Had an area out back and front for my dog. We had the back unit and it was so convenient for my daughter and I. Very close to the Ball Arena and convenient area for shopping and groceries.

NEW! Amazing fourth floor of historic downtown mansion. Stunning views, light, and huge private porch for enjoying the city, mountains, and sunset views. Large, cozy, old world bedroom with beautiful windows, light, and views. Large dining table and area for enjoying an elegant meal. Imagine spending evenings on the porch watching the sun set, then walking around the corner to one of many restaurants or bars. Hop on your bike and be at the 16th Street Mall or many museums in minutes.
I’m a Mom of three young kids, with a Restaurant Supply business and rental homes in both downtown Denver and Santa Fe! We live in Denver and spend as much time as we can in beautiful Santa Fe. We have extensive experience hosting a rental house in Santa Fe, with all 5 star reviews, and look forward to giving guests the same support and privacy we do in our other rental. We are very available for anything our guests might need. We believe in giving people privacy, but also being available to answer questions and help with anything that comes up on their trip.
This is the best neighborhood in Denver. Close to everything! The street is full of stunning historic mansions, but within 1 block there are coffee shops, restaurants, breweries, bars, groceries, and biking and running trails along Cherry Creek. It is very urban but has an old world elegance that feels like it's out of a historic movie! This is an easy location to drive from. Union Station and 16th Street Mall are a five minute drive, or a quick mile up the bike path. Cherry Creek shopping district is also a five minute drive or a quick mile down the bike path. There are buses within a block, but we also have off-street parking for anyone looking to drive, which it is very easy to do in Denver, as long as you avoid the highways (which you don't need to get on to get around central Denver and our house)
