Newly renovated 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath townhouse with lots of amenities and natural light, just a short walk from sugar-white sand beaches in the Gulf Highlands Resort gated community. Spacious, comfortable, and affordable accommodation just steps away from the beach, 11 pools (5 are heated from November 1 to April 1), and a multitude of restaurants and activities. This exclusive vacation experience is perfect for a family looking for a peaceful getaway--sleeps six comfortably. King-size bed in the master bedroom with en suite bathroom, flat-screen TV, and private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV. The downstairs living room has a recliner and queen-size sleeper sofa. There is also a flat-screen TV, free cable, Roku, half-bath, dining area, and island with barstools. Fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, laundry room with washer and dryer, and a covered patio with picnic table and outdoor seating. There are two free parking spaces directly in front of the townhouse. If you have more than two vehicles, please plan ahead for off-site parking. Guests will have access to all amenities of the resort. Note: Bring your own tennis rackets, putters, and balls.
