The North Forty Resort will charge a deposit equal to 50% of the total balance (excluding tax) at the time of booking.
The North Forty Resort has a 14-day cancellation policy. Reservations that are canceled within 14 days of the guest's arrival date will forfeit the deposit. Reservations canceled prior to 14 days of the guest's arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
