The place is large and clean. The WIFI, in the room, worked fine as did the coffee maker. I did not try the Television. The Parking Lot is fairly empty. Location is next to a McDonald and a block away from a gas station. Very quiet facility. Very close to Pontiac, if you are going there, and the Interstate, if you are not.

coffee machine didn't work since day 1 for 8 days, everyday I asked them twice during different people's shift to bring a new coffee machine
the room smelled like a public toilet
no bathroom amenities, towels were dirty
room was extremely dirty and asked for it to be cleaned multiple times during my 8 day stay, they'd say that they'd send someone but not once anyone showed up

Seemed like a really nice area.
Seemed like a really nice area. We were just in for a concert but we would have been fine staying another day and exploring a little if we had the time for it. We went to a breakfast place before leaving called the jagged fork and it was somewhere I definitely recommend and would have eaten there multiple times. It is a little pricey for breakfast food but you get a lot of food and it tastes amazing.

I was very disappointed with everything.
I was very disappointed with everything. The facility is in need of major repairs. The carpet and the doors are I'm terrible shape. The carpet smells disgusting and the doors look like prison doors with scratches all over them. The facility smells like weed the moment you walk in. The towels and the pillows all had dark spots on them and could not even be used. Very very poor quality. Will definitely not be returning and will not recommend it to anyone.

You need to correct the rating on this location and tell everyone it is HORRIBLE and doesn't even rate a 1. This was a terrible experience! The building is horrible. The rating was 4 out of 5 stars, which is why we booked it for my family for my wedding. The rooms were disgusting, dirty and horribly run down. Upon entering my room, the door handle came off in my hand. My brother found a CONDOM on the floor of his room! The front desk clerk was incompetent, lazy, and very slow in understanding anything that we needed. This building should be torn down, it is so decrepit, dirty, and disgusting. There are "100% no smoking" signs posted every where, yet EVERYONE was smoking all round the rooms, on the balconies etc. I was so embarrassed that I had my family booked in this place for my wedding and it was truly an awful experience.

I loved the tub the bed was comfortable.
I loved the tub the bed was comfortable. I took a long bubble bath but that was after I switched my room because one of the rooms that I was in that I did not like the tub was not feeling up and the TV was not working.

Quaint downtown area.
Quaint downtown area. We rode our bikes on the trail.... only wish there was a way to be informed of a bridge/closure. We had to take a detour to continue on the trail, and it was VERY hilly and out of the way.
We ate at Kruse and Muer restaurant and had a delicious dinner.
Just make sure you don’t hit rush hour on Rochester Rd.....it really backs up.

The breakfast was not great - they comped us the breakfast because they had to move us to a different hotel. If we would have had to pay the $14.95 it was definitely not worth that price.
The staff person that checked us in was exceptional.
Gentleman working reception on arrival was very friendly and helpful and pointed us in the direction of a great pub! Common areas in the hotel were well kept, the location was exactly what we were looking for, and the bed was outstanding!!
I like that it was located close to Great Lakes Crossings Mall, Top Golf, Downtown Detroit wasn’t to far. Everything about the property was nice and clean from outside to the inside of the property.
I liked that it was super clean, big rooms with everything you need in them. Breakfast was great and lots of variety.. Staff was friendly, over all the best hotel stay I’ve had in a long time.
This is a really nice hotel! My room was decorated beautifully and in particular the lighting was excellent throughout the bathroom and bedroom. The bed was super comfortable.
NOTHING AT ALL IF I HAD TO PICK ONE THING IT WOULD BE THERE'S A MCDONALD'S RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE HOTEL AND THE EXPRESSWAY IS RIGHT THERE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE HOTEL AT ALL
The room was comfortable and the kitchen in the room helped me a lot during my stay at the hotel. Also, the hotel is well located, close to groceries stores and malls.
