*** Honua Kai is a HOTEL/RESORT Zoned Property, and all units are legal Short Term Rentals, similar to other branded hotels like Sheraton, Marriott, Hyatt, etc. *** NO RESORT FEES WHEN BOOKING WITH US! Honua Kai is a Four Star resort with four pools, five spas, a fitness center, Aina Gourmet Market, and beachfront Dukes Restaurant on premises. Our one bedroom condo has a partial ocean view from the lanai, has a KING sized bed in the bedroom AND queen SOFA SLEEPER for additional guests. We are on the fifth floor of The Hokulani Building. It is in the quieter south side of the resort and has great mountain AND ocean views. Key features includes: **Designer furnished and fully-equipped kitchen, a high level of luxury and comfort. **Large windows and doors to maximize views and natural light. **Granite countertops in kitchen AND bathroom with warm wood cabinetry. **Free Wi-Fi - bring your laptop! **Brazilian Cherry Hardwood flooring. **King-size bed in bedroom with down comforter and pillow-top mattress. **Queen sleeper sofa in living room with memory foam mattress. **High quality linens and towels. **Ceiling fans in living and master bedroom. **Stainless steel Bosch appliances, with in-suite washer and dryer. **Large bathroom with Frameless Shower Enclosure and separate tub. **Custom floor-to-ceiling folding doors leading to lanai. **Lanai has large dining table with four chairs and recliner with ottoman for alfresco dining and relaxing. **55 inch 4K Roku TV with HD programming, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN included. **L'Occitane bathroom products for you to keep. **Boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, pool toys and cooler in condo for you to use. WE ARE TAKING RESERVATIONS OF FIVE NIGHTS OR LONGER, THOUGH SHORTER STAYS ARE WELCOMED TO FILL CALENDAR. PLEASE EMAIL FOR AVAILABILITY.

Neighborhood info

Honua Kai is within walking distance to many restaurants of all price ranges, a grocery store (Times Market), and a Farmer's Market. We are on the northern end of Kaanapali Beach and there is a boardwalk that starts at Honua Kai and goes to Black Rock, Whaler's Village and the Hyatt, the southernmost resort on Kaanapali Beach. Renting a car is strongly recommended to explore Maui at your own pace.
