Welcome to Orchid City Palms! This Brand New home has been marvelously constructed with marble floors, a large marble island, modern appliances, beautifully designed bathrooms, and furnished with all modern decor. The home consists of 4 bedrooms with ceiling fans, 2 baths including a Large Master Bath, large 2 car driveway, laundry room with ironing board, steamer, small vacuum, new washer and dryer, patio with outdoor furniture, grill, jacuzzi, outdoor ceiling fan, outdoor cooler. Brand New for 2024: Heated Saltwater Pool
Location: Located 10 minutes from downtown West Palm Beach, 15 minutes to PBI airport, 10 minutes to the Tanger Outlets, and 15 minutes to fabulous Palm Beach. 25 minutes to Del Ray beach, 85 miles to Miami, 10 minutes to the bright line train, easy access to I-95. 20 minutes to The Park & Palm Beach Gardens I would suggest renting a car, but ubers and lyfts are readily available. We have two parking spots in a private driveway.
