Staff was very friendly and welcoming. It offers quite a lot of facilities from laundry to airport pick up and drop off. Nice outside space with two swimming pools (a warm/bubbly one and a cold one). Room and bed were very large. Everything is extraordinarily clean and succeeded our expectations.

ChileStaff were pleasant, room was clean, spacious,and with good facilities, ie coffee maker, microwave and iron. Plenty of storage and hanging space for clothes. Bed lovely and comfortable. Bathroom had nice brand of soap and shower gel, and plenty of towels. I also had a bathtub, which had a shower head in it. Hotel is near to the airport. Airport shuttle was very convenient. Breakfast was basic but cheerful, and those with a big appetite could eat as much as they like. The orange juice was exceptional, and worth a special mention! The hotel store has snacks and frozen meals, useful for those who are very hungry and don't want to go outside, or order in fast food. There is also a laundry room, which can be paid for via phone QR code or app.
