Nice hotel and nice little town. A trip to Rich’s store for a chicken pot pie is a MUST!
United StatesUpon arrival to our room and walking in, it smelled like cat pee. Called the front desk and they where quick to get us another room, which was much nicer and smelled better. The room was an upgrade at no additional cost. The staff was very pleasant and nice and very accommodating for our whole stay.

AustraliaThe hotel was simple, but elegant. A "Victorian" look and feel. Room was excellent. The furnishings and decor was much higher then I anticipated. The lobby had an "older" look and feel that is missing in modern hotels. Even had an old turntable, and a selection of old vinyl LP records for guests to use! It's almost right across the street from a lighthouse on lake Erie. Excellent location. I would most definitely visit it again.
