Soak up the South Zion solitude and spectacular scenery in our comfortable and contemporary cliff view home. House includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a den/office. Our desert haven greets you with vermillion cliffs, stunning hiking trails, sunset evenings in the hot tub, and inviting beds. Sleek design is paired with perfect amenities: a private hot tub, fully-stocked kitchen, cliff-view deck, outdoor fireplaces and an unrivaled crimson mountain view.

Neighborhood info

You are within a short drive of Maxwell Park, Cottonwood Park and Water Canyon where you can enjoy a beautiful hike up to a natural spring. With Zions, the Grand Canyon, Bryce, Lake Powell, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, Sand Hollow, and other notable landmarks within a 2-hour driving radius, our central location is perfect for your home base. Guests are invited to enjoy the common playground and pavilion in the center area of the subdivision. The neighborhood is still under construction til the summer of 2023 so we apologize for the construction sounds through the work hours of the day. This house is very easy to find and has a private 2 car driveway. Extra parking is available on the north side of the road for larger vehicles or guest parking.
