This condo is perfect for family group vacations, with a convenient ground-floor location and kid-friendly sleeping arrangements that include a bunk room with a 37' TV and an Xbox. LIVING AREA An open floor plan, beautiful tile floors, and high ceilings throughout create an inviting environment. Relax on plush furniture in the living room and enjoy a movie on the TV. KITCHEN & DINING The stylish kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island for three. Eat together in the elegant dining area that seats six. BED & BATH Walk right out to the patio from the primary bedroom, which features a king bed, 39' smart TV, and an en-suite bath with a garden tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers another king bed. Kids will love the two twin-over-twin bunk beds in the third bedroom! An additional full bathroom has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The covered outdoor patio is the ideal spot to unwind. Enjoy the breeze at the table for four. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. The Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla offers VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. For on-site dining, you’ll find the exquisite Black Marlin Seaside Grill, REDS Patio Bar, and the Agave Poolside Cantina.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
